Welcome to the online entry pages for The Tri Centre Durty Triathlon. The event will host the 2010 British Cross (Off-Road) Triathlon Championships.

Please note that to be eligible for prizes in the British Championships, you MUST be a full race licence holder of your home nation (Triathlon Scotland, Triathlon England, Triathlon Wales) before coming to the start line.

However, as usual, we'd also be delighted to see you race, even if you're not interested in the British Championships - just purchase a 'day licence' at the time of entry. We're also taking relay team entries (team of 3).

The inaugural Durty Triathlon (2008) was named as Triathlon Scotland 'Event of the Year'.

The race is run over two courses;

Long, Hard, Durty (British Cross Triathlon Championships 2010);

1500m Loch Swim (wetsuits compulsary - these can be hired from www.thetricentre.com)/30km Technical and Hilly Mountain Bike (all off-road, Cyclocrossers not recommended!), 10km Hilly Off-Road Trail Run (with a bit of open trackless moorland and an obstacle or two thrown in). Entries welcome for the British Championships, non-Championships racers, and relay teams. A challenging and spectacular off-road race for the experienced, and anyone up for a tough day out!

Short, Fast, Durty;

750m Loch Swim (wetsuits compulsary - these can be hired from www.thetricentre.com)/15km Technical and Hilly Mountain Bike (all off-road, Cyclocrossers not recommended!), 5km Lochside Off-Road Trail Run. Entries welcome from Solos and Teams. The Short, Fast, Durty is an ideal introduction to off-road racing, and open water swimming - novices more than welcome. However, it's also a stiff challenge for those wanting to go fast!.
