Reservoir Jogs.  There are 3 different events - please ensure you enter the correct one! The 15 mile trail run (start times 10.15 to 11am) will be in 4 stages  with mandatory checkpoints at pubs.  The time you spend at the checkpoint will be deducted from your overall time so taking a break at the checkpoints is encouraged.  This event is run under TRA/UK Athletics rules over 18s only - no dogs.  TRA permit 6680. 

The 5 mile trail race (start times between 11am & midday) is also run under TRA/UKA rules and no dogs are allowed.  Walkers are permitted. TRA permit 6681.  

The RDA Reservoir Charity Walk (Start times between 0930 & 10.15) is a fun event of approximately 15 miles in 4 stages. Entry is per person but a group of friends may then opt to complete the course as a team in stages if desired. Dogs are permitted. If you wish to only walk the first one or two  stages for a shorter distance (ie 5 or 8.5 miles) it's find to do so but transport back to start/finish to be arranged by participant. If participating as a team all members of the team must present at each checkpoint but not all members of the team need to walk each stage e.g. A team of 4 people could take part in pairs with one pair walking a stage and the other pair driving to the checkpoint where they swap over.  Every participant in the Charity Walk/Jog will receive a goody bag thanks to the generous support of Asda in Ipswich.

The run events are hosted by  Mid Essex Casuals and held under UK Athletics rules.   The events are raising funds for two Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) groups in Suffolk.  Entry fees are non-refundable.   These two events also include a drink voucher as part of the entry fee.  All distances approximate
