INTRODUCTION:
Running is such a natural human movement, but many of us struggle to keep soreness, tightness and injury at bay. Join Ultra runner Debbie Martin-Consani and multiple Ironman triathlete Mark Russell for tips and Yoga practices that keep their running smooth, efficient and joyful.
About Debbie
Debbie Martin-Consani, co-founder of Wildheart Runners has been competing in road, trail and ultra-distance races for more than 20 years.
She is working her way through a bucket list of iconic races including UTMB, Spartathlon, West Highland Way, Tor des Geants, Cape Wrath Ultra and Badwater.
Running highlights include winning the winter Spine Race, Lakeland 100 and all of the Centurion Running 100 miles events - and a 100 mile PB of 15:48.
About Mark
Mark has been teaching Yoga for 13 years, and began his Yoga journey through his love for running and triathlons. He has completed several Ironman triathlons, 10k swims and a whole host of other events. He has taught all classes of runners and triathletes from International stars to those beginning their first few running steps, from professional boxers to 6 year old triathletes.
