Apple Pi Run - races of 2 decimal places. Sunday 13th July 2025.  Run 3.14 to 31.4 miles (1 to 10 laps of a scenic mostly flat offroad course with one or two hills to keep you on your toes), the Pi marathon option or a 1 mile fun run for younger kids in the shape of the Pi symbol.  Bespoke Pi Pie medals for all competitors, so tasty we named them twice.

Juniors participation on 3.14 mile loop: maximum distances 8-11yrs 1 lap, 12-14yrs 2 laps, 15yrs 4 laps.  Under 12's must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  12-15 year old children must have an adult at the start/ finish or, of course, are welcome to be accompanied. 

The venue: Shalford Park, Guildford, GU48AA.  Alternative courses are available if conditions dictate a change.

Car-parking: With no football block booking in the summer, we are able to hire the entire park for the Apple Pi Run. The small Shalford Park car park is therefore open for Pi runners and, provided ground conditions are not unseasonably soft, we can overflow onto the grass 

Registration and race briefing: Collect your race number on race morning from 08:00. Race briefing at 08:50 start is 09:00  The Mini Mince Pi Run may start shortly before or after the races of 2 decimal places, this will be confirmed closer to the time.  

Please ensure your race number is on your front so that we can record your laps and times.

Important note: the majority of the course is off road and along the waters edge, there are one or two points where the path is a little erroded and extra care should be taken.  Please don't fall in the water, if you fancy a dip we will be organising events which involve swimming.

Results will be available online as soon as possible after the event.  We will always aim to have results published within 24 hours.
