• Adults £8.50 (including online service fee of £0.50)
• Children £4.50 (including online service fee of £0.50)

Regular price (from 1 June 2022 to 31 July 2022)

• Adults £10.50 (including online service fee of £0.50)
• Children £5.50 (including online service fee of £0.50)

The objective of the race is to see how fast you can run 1 mile for.

1 mile is just over 4 laps of the Dell Athletics track.  Each entrant will be entered into a race determined by their PB for a mile or 5k.  This is to ensure that competitors are running with others who are of the same ability.

PRIZES We will again have age category prizes for;

• Senior Male and Female Under 35s
• Male and Female V35-44
• Male and Female V45+

CHILDREN runners age U13, on the day of the race, must be accompanied by an adult to the event but can either run on their own or with an adult.  However, it is the parents responsibility for children attending.  Under 13s will not be included in the age category prizes but will receive a medal.

CANCELLATION Should the races have to be cancelled or postponed for reason beyond the organisers control or in the event of bad weather making the course too dangerous to run - the organisers reserve the right to take expenses already incurred from entry fees before using any remaining moneys to refund entrants. NOTE it is the entrants responsibility to check the race is still on before traveling, the organisers will, post on facebook, and email all entrants if there are any last minute changes - please check your email before traveling.

FACILITIES Please respect the facilities and centre. Clean up after yourselves in all areas and on the course. Toilets are provided for your convenience. 

CATERING There will be limited catering facilities available onsite.

SAFETY Please listen to the race briefing and instructions.
