Crimond Run Fest - Sunday 29th September

(in memory of local runner, Kevin Brooks)

2 events running through the stunning Buchan countryside with views over the Loch of Strathbeg Nature Reserve.

6k -    £9 entry - 12 noon start

12k - £14 entry - 1pm start

There will also be a kids fun run, approx 1.5k and will start approx 1.05pm, £2 entry on the day

All monies and profit raised goes towards Crimond Village projects.

 Note - maximum 75 runners per event for 6k and 12k

PRIZES FOR:-

• 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and 1st, 2nd and 3rd female in each event
• extra prize for fastest male and female combined times from running both 6k and 12k.

Medal to all finishers

Registration:  Will take place in Crimond Village Hall from 10:30 and will close 20mins prior to each event.

 The roads on the race route are NOT closed for this event so be aware of other road traffic.  

Start Time:  The 6k race will start prompt at 12noon on the chime of Crimond Church bell. The 12k race will start prompt 1pm on the chime of Crimond Church bell. Starting line is behind the church.

Prizegiving and Post race refreshments: Teas/Coffees afterwards at Crimond Village Hall

General Information: The 6k is open to runners aged 12 years and older, the 12k event is open to runners aged 16 years or older
