"Fun For All the Family"

The Curfew Fun Run kicks off the evening's events at 7.30 pm.  The aim of the Curfew Fun Run is "fun for all the family", specifically  children 12 years and under who wish to run the 1.28 miles of the traditional Curfew Run round the historic Elizabethan Walls of Berwick-upon-Tweed either on their own or with their friend;  also families and adult fun runners.  Please note that all children under 8 years must run with an adult who must also enter the race.  The aim of both races is to beat the time it takes the Curfew Bell to toll - 13 minutes.  The Berwick Bell Ringers will ring the bells for both races but please be aware that, sadly, at times weather and crowd noise can make it hard to hear the bells.
