By signing up for membership, you are also signing up to our membership agreement and codes of conduct. Please read and make sure you are happy with these (please pay particular attention to athletes and parents codes of conduct) before signing up. Paper copies of these can be obtained from the club.

At Elgin AAC we have a large waiting list. We try our best to maximise the people we can help at 
the club and as a result we do monitor participation of each member. If you haven’t attended 4 
training sessions in a row, without explanation or suitable reasons, we will contact you to see 
if you wish to keep your child’s place at the club. Suitable reasons will be considered, but if 
no explanation is given, after 6 missed sessions, the child may be removed from the group 
and their place offered to someone on the waiting list.
