After this year's very successful inaugural 10k event, we are delighted to bring you our event again in 2025 and this year it's going to be even bigger and better and with a brand new name.

                                                      "The Everyrunner 10K Trail Race"

This year it's going to be even bigger and better with some small tweaks to our route making it even more interesting and fun.

                                 Welcome to our 2nd year of bringing you this fantastic event 

             Everyrunner 10K Trail Race is set in the beautiful surroundings of Callendar House (Falkirk).

Event Details: 

This year's event will take place on Sunday 23rd March 2025 on an undulating route within the stunning grounds of the historically Callendar House. The coffee shop is available within Callander House and our event will also be supported by Coull Beans coffee cart.

Water and feed stations (please bring your refillable cups if you can, as part of our sustainability policy we are looking at minimizing landfills and will be providing recyclable paper cups.

Parking:

Parking will only be allowed in the Callendar Business parks, address - Callendar Boulevarde, Falkirk, FK1 1XT. You will then only have a short walk to register at Callender House where we have a marquee set up.

Please try and car share as much as possible to support us in reducing our carbon emissions!!!

Please pay attention to parking signs and marshals at all times.

The closest train station to Callendar House is Falkirk Grahamston, which is just a 16-minute walk away.

Event day running order:

08:00 Registration opens in front of Callander House FK11YR (Please collect your race number) Safety pins will be provided or please use a racebelt.

Drop bag area will be available at registration.

08:45 Registration closes

09:00 10k Trail race starts

10:40 First Runners expected

We reserve the right to start the prizegiving once 90% of all entrants have completed the course

Age Restrictions:

You must be at least 17 years old to enter this event.

Cancellation:

In the event of awful weather, we may be forced to postpone the race for safety reasons, the race will be rescheduled and all runners will be automatically re-entered and informed via our Facebook page. If you are unable to make the rescheduled date then a 25% refund can be made.

Participant withdrawal/refund policy:

If for any reason after registration, you wish to withdraw from the event: Anytime up until 30 days from the date of the event you can log into entrycentral and organise a transfer with someone you know or email us for a 50% refund. Between 30 days and 14 days, you can log into Entrycentral and transfer with someone you know or email for a 25% refund. Participants who do not attend the event will not receive any form of refund/credit. During the event, no refunds/credit will be given.
