Triathlon Inverness Kids Camp - Autumn 2024

We are excited to bring you another kids camp this autumn!

The camp is open to ages 8-14 and you can choose to book for only 1 day, or all 3 days.

Each day will consist of a mix of sessions, including  warm up, cycling, transition, running, and at the end of the day swimming (1-2pm). There will be plenty of games and we will be indoors and outdoors. 

If your child will not take part in any swimming sessions then pluck indicate this during booking to receive a discount.

Your child should be able to swim 50m front crawl without stopping.

Your child will receive a T-Shirt of you book for 3 days.

The camp is coached by qualified Triathlon Scotland coaches, with the support of additional PVG checked coaches and helpers. 

Your presence at the camp (as parent or guardian) is not required.

Timings for each day:

• 9:30 - Drop off and registration
• 9:40 - camp start
• 12:00 - Packed lunch (provided by parents)
• 14:05 onwards - Pick up

Equipment required:

• bike, bike lock and helmet 
• Pound coin or shopping trolley token for lockers at the pool
• sports shoes and comfortable clothing
• layers for outdoors - waterproof jacket and trousers, hat, gloves, buff/scarf
• Sunscreen and sunglasses 
• swim suit and goggles
• packed lunch, water bottle and snacks
• if required: medication 

Please note all equipment needs to fit into a bag that the child can cycle with as we will take all our things with us after lunch (from Barn Church to the pool).

Cycling helmets are compulsory.
