The 'Mormond Hill Run' is back again this year, and looking forward to seeing you all on the start line.

This year it will be held on Saturday 31th August @ 11am.

With a total of approx. 600ft of accent and a total distance of 5.6 miles (9k).

The run starts from the Ritchie Hall playing field and the route takes in stunning views of the buchan countryside.

When at the summit you can see from the 'Sea to Bennachie'.

Prizes.

All finishers will recieve a bespoke medal.

Overall winners trophy.

1st local trophy - Strichen address.

1st U18 trophy.

1st/2nd Male/Female.

Age category prizes will depend on entry numbers and will be 1st male/female in each.

Entries are £15. On the day entries may be available if not sold out online, and will rise to £20. Unfortunately there can be no refunds. Exchanges will be processed entirely at the discretion of the race organiser.

Any runner under the age of 16 must have parental/gaurdian consent.

Any runner under the age of 14 who feels that they can participate must be accompanied by a fully paid adult entrant and have prior consent by the organiser. On the day entry for the under 14 will be granted on an individual basis. Please contact the organiser with full details of the U14 to book the place.

Medals. All finishers will receive a bespoke medal.

Water station. 1 at the Hunters Lodge at the top of the hill.

Refreshments. Finishers bottle of water. Further refreshments (teas and fancy pieces) will be available. These will be provided for a donation to the Ritchie Hall funds.

Spectators are also welcome to come in for refreshments during/after the run - Donation will be required.

Parking. Parking is available at the Ritchie Hall free of charge. It may be restricted so if car sharing is feasible then please do so.

Changing facilities. There are changing/toilet facilities available at the start/finish.

There will be marshals located at strategic locations. They are primarily there for your safety and direction guidance if required. Please adhere to them.
