Couch to 5K program hosted by Northwich Running Club.

The first session will be held on Tuesday 14th January at 6.15pm - location will be confirmed via a Facebook group, which you will be asked to join once you have signed up.

The program runs for 9 weeks meeting every Tuesday and Thursday evening, runs will start at 6.25pm. You will also be expected to complete a 3rd run over the weekend with a graduation 5km run at Northwich parkrun on Saturday 15th March at 9am.
