Organiser's Description

Tweed Valley Sportive - Sunday 1st September 2024

Welcome to The Tweed Valley Sportive 2024 (formerly The Tour of Tweeddale).

As with previous years we are offering 2 great routes, The Classic and the infamous Double Talla.

The Classic : This 50 miler remains a popular choice for many.  Takes in the challenging Talla climb,  amazing countryside, and a couple of good foodstops at Tweedsmuir and Cappercleuch by St Mary's Loch.

Double Talla : A challenging 93 miles. Out from Peebles over Talla, down past the Grey Mares' Tail to Moffat, over the Devil's Beeftub and repeat the Talla climb for a second time to the feedstop at Cappercleuch by St Mary's Loch.  Refuelled you will return to Peebles via the Paddy Slacks climb.
