St Cyrus 10K - Sunday 22nd June 2025
Race Start - 11am
Please join us for the fifth St Cyrus 10K, hosted by St Cyrus Solos Running Club.

Location: The race takes place in the coastal village of St Cyrus, with the start and finish at the park on Ecclesgreig Road (DD10 0BH).
Race t-shirts: In an effort to be more sustainable, we are working with Trees not Tees again this year. All entrants will be given the option of a race t-shirt, or you can choose to have a tree planted in your name with certification, location and picture emailed to you after the race.
Parking will be in the field next to Ecclesgreig park. No parking at the village hall or on the road next to it. Car sharing is encouraged!
Registration is in the St Cyrus Village Hall (Main Rd, St Cyrus, Montrose DD10 0BE), from 9am until 10.30am. There is a 1 minute walk from registration to the start line. YOU MUST COLLECT YOUR OWN RACE NUMBER PERSONALLY and random ID checks will be done. Anyone caught transferring numbers may be banned from future events as this is against Association of Running Clubs (ARC) rules and can have serious implications if a runner took unwell during the event.
**For Club Team entries to qualify for prizes, all participants must state their Club Team during race sign-up**
Chip Timing: The race is chip timed, services provided by Thistle Timing.
Start: The start line is next to the park on Ecclesgreig Road. All participants should be at the start area no later than 10:50am for pre-race briefing. As the race takes place on open public roads, the use of headphones (including bone conducting ones) is strictly prohibited. Race organisers accept no responsibility for anyone ignoring this advice.
Age: Competitors must be 16 years of age or over on the date of the race.
Canicross and Pushchairs: Dogs and pushchairs are permitted on the route, provided dogs are on a short lead and all competitors registered place themselves at the back of the field to show respect to other runners.
Water Stops: There will be one water stop on the route.
First Aid will be provided by Scot Medical.
Refreshments: Food and drinks will be available to purchase at the start/finish area.
Toilets will be available in the village hall and at the start/finish area.
Prize giving will take place at around 12:30pm in the park.
Online entries will close on 16th May or once the 350 spaces are filled.
Please note this is a running race - please do not enter unless you expect to complete in a time less than 1 hr 45 mins.
No deferrals, transfers or refunds.
