Organiser's Description

3 weekly coached swim sessions to develop front crawl technique through understanding the principles of Streamlining, Alignment, and Propulsion

Participants need to able to swim 2 lengths of a pool and be confident in water out of their depth.

Open to adults and teenagers (who will be swimming in mixed gender lanes with adults).

This is a condensed version of the standard 10 week course, and will give you the understanding of Front crawl stroke technique, which you can take away as you futher develop an efficient stroke.
