Each team has 3 competitiors (you can provide names later if they are not known at this stage) who take part in one of the following each:-

Approx distances:-

750m - 1000 m SEA SWIM (tide assisted salt water) - Wet suits optional but recommended
22 km BIKE (in 2 laps) - Aldeburgh - Thorpeness - Aldringham - Aldeburgh
5 km RUN (off road)

You can enter your team even if you dont know who your final names are, to reserve your place just enter tba and you can let us know details at a later date and we can adjust before the closing date. email race  director - matthew.dye@btopenworld.com

Although entry online incurs a small surcharge for both entrant and organiser, it is the fastest way to get your name onto the starting sheet. Please rest assured that ALL event profits are to be distributed to charities and other good causes.

The triathlon itself will start at approx 11.30am. Transition area will be outside the White Lion Hotel.  Registration will open at approximately 9am. Confirmation will be in the final briefing pack nearer the time.
