Organiser's Description
Join us on Saturday 12 September 2026 for a 77 mile / 123km cycle challenge from the Skye Bridge to the Kessock Bridge in Inverness, a stunning route through the Highlands.
We’re delighted that in 2026 we’ll be supporting Aban Outdoor, alongside our returning 2025 charities This Is Me Highland and Highland Action For Little Ones - Halo - three amazing charities making a real difference to the lives of young people across the Highlands.
Supporting smaller, local charities has always been at the heart of Bridge to Bridge, and this year we’re proud to extend that support even further. We’ll also be making donations to:
Inspire Project (based in Inverness Cathedral, dedicated to St. Andrew)
Aban is a small community charity which works with young people to achieve long-term growth. They aim to reduce inequality and improve lives through the power of outdoor adventure.
This is Me Highland is a charity founded by pro-active, enthusiastic, caring parents. The aim of the charity is to help children and young people who have been diagnosed with a neurodevelopment disorder.
Halo is a children’s charity dedicated to supporting Highland families in need with the essential items that every child needs to thrive. Their mission is to make sure every child has access to the basics they need to feel safe, warm, and cared for.
This is Me Highland is a charity founded by pro-active, enthusiastic, caring parents. The aim of the charity is to help children and young people who have been diagnosed with a neurodevelopment disorder.
We ask all participants to raise a minimum of £135 with 100% of proceeds raised going straight to these worthwhile causes. There is also a £25 registration fee to take part in the cycle which, along with generous support from our sponsors, covers the cost of running the event and ensures maximum benefit goes straight to our chosen charities.
The health and safety of everyone involved is our number one priority. As a result we ask that all participants are able to ride at an average speed of 13mph/21kph in order to complete the route within 7 hours. Our aim is to be as inclusive as possible, but equally, we need to ensure those signed up are capable of safely completing the route.
