Easedale Tarn 'Wildswim & Walk'

Red Bank Road Car Park Grasmere, LA22 9SW - This is a pay and display, with toilets and cafe on site.

Sunday 24th November. Meet 9.45am for a 10.00am start

Entry £25.00 *WALKERS - plus dippers - WELCOME :) 

On this wildswim & walk we will be visiting the lovely Easedale Tarn in the Lake District. 

There will the option to double dip in a waterfall and tarn. You'll be sharing the walk and dip with a small group of like-minded dippers.

Plan for the experience lasting 3-4 hours in total with the walk approximately 8km. The walk does have some rocky steps and uneven ground. With gentle elevations, but what goes up must come down.

You will need:- 

• Dip kit 
• Swim shoes crucial due to the rocky entry
• Warm drink/lunch
• Medication if relevant
• Walking boots
• Water proofs
• Rucksack ( shoulder bags not ideal)

Please note that the water temperature will be around 7 degrees so dress appropriately accordingly and note sturdy footwear with ankle support for uneven trail paths.
