If you are asking about entries or memberships that you have bought at EntryCentral, ensure you list any other email addresses you may have used in the request.

Finally, make sure that the information you request belongs to you. We will not give you information belonging to others. So make sure that you include information to uniquely identify yourself as the owner (in most cases your name/address/DOB/email will suffice).
