TRA Permit application: 

We return in 2024 for another 10mile trail run, raising money for Essex & Herts Air Ambulance whilst taking in the bleak Essex beautiful countryside in late Autumn.

Non-TRA/UKA members pay a £2 levi.

Registration from 10:30 to 11.00 when we hope to get you set off.  (This will give you chance to dash over from a local parkrun and make both events into a total of a half-marathon distance!)

Limited entries of 50 to keep and small and personal.  All runners get a beany hat, finishers medal and a free hot drink & cake when you hand your race number into to the staff inside the Kawasaki Cafe  (There is always the option to buy a massive breakfast before the run too, with the excuse that you can run it off straight afterwards, or eat loads when you get back and save the cake for dessert!) 

Water bottle exchange point out on course just past the half way point at the top of the only real climb.
