Welcome back AQMers. We apologise for the delay in entries opening, but life gets in the way sometimes!

This year we are raising funds for our main charity, Breast Cancer Now, my sister has had successful treatment for itso it is close to our hearts. We also support 3 local village community organisations providing much needed funds (our hosts the Cricket Club, the Deerhurst Playing Fields and the local primary school, whose pupils do our direction signs)

The AQM, started in 1983, normal bits'n'bobs will be there (cakes, craft medals, golden tickets, countryside counter, historic churchyards etc) andI hope you will be there too! Fancy dress, cats and canaries this year!, always encouraged!

The Kiddython which raises funds for the local school starts at 10:25 ish and is approximately 1 km. Entry £2 on the day.

Thank you for support over the years, the running community really is a lovely group.

Also, thanks to our kind and generous sponsors J Lawry Healthcare who helped us when previous sponsor pulled out. The generosity of Jan and also Kevin, an Almost Athlete, Cheltenham flooring and Ian Stacey, an Apperley lad, of County Building supplies will always be remembered.
