RUN FOR THE MINCE PIES

Our final session before the Christmas break - tackle some testing hill reps then enjoy FREE Christmas mince pies as a reward.

It's all happening in the heart of Aberdeen's Victorian West End with spectacular granite buildings providing the backdrop for a workout which will help build your endurance strength, improve your running form and provide you with a great all-round workout.

We'll be tackling a series of repetition hill runs of different length and intensity. It's the type of session which provides rich rewards for all aspects of your running fitness. And it all finishes off with the  Rubislaw Hill Challenge!

We will meet in Harlaw Road - go to the east end (near junction with Forest Avenue)  where there's ample on-street parking.

Our warm-up will take us over to Rubislaw Den South.

Plus our usual warm-up and cool-down routines with coaching tips, friendly encouragement and good advice on hand throughout.

This is a session for ALL runners.
