A challenging but beautiful off road run taking in views over The Clyde, Arrochar Alps, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs.

Starting from Helensburgh Rugby Club. The Trident 10lk route is a trail and dirt road run within Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. The loop covers a distance of approximately of 10k and has an elevation gain of 381m (1250 feet). It's not easy but it's worth it!
The Trident 10k is now open to runners aged 17 years or older.
Junior race 'The Duchess Dash' is a 4km trail that is based on two laps of the Duchess Woods and is open to juniors aged 12-17 years old and entries can be made on the day for this.
