28th October 2024 @ 8:30pm
The Roding Valley Tri Swim Session is a weekly training session at Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre. The swim is open to members and non-members of RVT. The session is 90mins of structured swimming with a coach on poolside offering technical advice and delivering a fitness oriented swim, with access to 4 lanes of a 25m pool.
