Meeting 9:15am outside functional training room by the cafe

• Athletics track 9:30-11am
• Lunch 11am- 12pm
• Swimming pool 12 - 2pm

You are invited to attend the session by signing up.  The cost of the session is £8.50 (non refundable) which helps towards facilities/venue/equipment costs
