DEVERON HARRIERS

Deveron Valley Half Marathon and brand new 10k race!

In this multi-terrain race runners will follow the River Deveron from Turriff to Banff.

Runners of all levels will enjoy beautiful scenery and stunning views.

The half marathon will set off from Turriff with the route predominantly following a quiet road along the number 1 national cycle route. The 10k joins on along the same route at Castle Eden.

In the latter part of the run you will enter a woodland trail crossing the spectacular Bridge of Alvah then through the historic Duff House grounds passing the Ice House and Mausoleum, before finishing at the Duff House Rugby club playing pitches.

HALF MARATHON DETAILS

• Registration at Duff House Rugby Club Pavillion from 9am (toilets available);
• Bus leaves 10am to transport runners to Baden Powell Centre Turriff where the race briefing will take place (toilets available);
• There will be short walk to the race start line on Markethill Road;
• RACE START: 11am Markethill Road,Turriff;
• RACE FINISH: Duff House Rugby Club, AB45 3SX

10K DETAILS

• Registration at Duff House Rugby Club Pavillion from 10am (toilets available);
• Bus leaves 10.50am to transport runners to Castle Eden;
• RACE START: Castle Eden, King Edward, AB45 3LX at 12noon;
• RACE FINISH: Duff House Rugby Club, AB45 3SX

**ALL race finishers will receive a medal, momentum and goody bag**
