Come and join us for a fun junior run-bike-run event in the safe environment of High Lodge, Thetford Forest.

These event are perfect for those new to multi-sport or just wanting a challenge!

The races start from 1:00pm onwards with the youngest group participating first and oldest last.

The events use an entirely off-road / traffic free route.

Registration is from 12:30pm.

Distance depends on the age band entered with cross-over between some age bands to give more options: -

5-8: 300m run (1 lap) / 500m bike (1 laps) / Short dash to finish line (100m)

7-9: 300m run (1 lap) / 1.5km bike (3 laps) / 300m run (1 lap)

10-13: 300m run (1 lap) / 2km bike (4 laps) / 300m run (1 lap)

14-15: Please contact us if interested in participating.

There's no prizes for winning, but there is a series award for particpating in several events.

Results will be published on our website after the event.

Reduced day parking rate of just £3.00! (normally £12.50!).
