Block Dates
The dates for this block are Monday 22nd May to Monday 7th August 2023 inclusive
How much does it cost?
£29.40 for the 12 week block or £4.90 for indivual weeks
Who is it for?
Beginner hill runners and amateurs keen to give it a try. It's an ideal follow-on from couch to 5k and suitable for most fitness levels.
When is it?
Monday nights - 7.15pm - 8.15pm
Where is it?
Stirling University

Registration will close when all 15 places have been filled or on the 19th May.
