Come and join us for our off-road Enduro Duathlon at the stunning High Lodge in the heart of Thetford Forest.

You have 3 hours to cover as many run-bike-run laps as possible!

Complete this great challenge as a solo entrant or as a team of two (All male, all female or mixed allowed). 

Teams can choose how they tackle the event, but only one member is allowed to be out on course at any one time.

Please note: both members of a team need to enter separately so we can capture medical/emergency information (just in case needed) and use the same team name;-)

The route is fun, but not super technical covering mixed surfaces including sand, gravel and grass with a some single-track using the Beater Trail (Graded Blue/Moderate) to keep your alert. There may be a few tree roots/uneven sections too.

Prizes for top 3 men/women and winner of each team category.

Refreshments available during/after event.
