Age 7-9 & 10-13: £37.50 for 5 events (£7.50 each instead of £10.00

Come and join us for a fun junior run-bike-run event in the safe environment of High Lodge, Thetford Forest.

These event are perfect for those new to multi-sport or just wanting a challenge!

Registration is from 12:00pm.

The races start from 12:30pm onwards by age group.

The course used is off-road/entirely traffic-free

Distance depends on the age band entered with cross-over between some age bands to give more options: -

5-8: 330m run (1 lap) / 750m bike (1 laps) / 330m run (1 lap)

7-9: 330m run (1 lap) / 1.5km bike (2 laps) / 330m run (1 lap)

10-13: 330m run (1 lap) / 2.25km bike (3 laps) / 330m run (1 lap)

Under 5's and 14+: Please contact us if interested in participating and we can accomadate this.

There's no prizes for winning, but there is a series award for particpating in 3/5 events..

Results will be published on our website after the event.

Reduced day parking rate of just £3.00! (normally £12.50!).
