Drop off: Satrurday  0830-0900 University of Stirling

Pick up: Saturday  1700 Univerity of Stirling

              Sunday     1630 University of Stirling / Wallace High tbc

Kit: 

Saturday        ·      

• Normal swim kit - costume, hat, goggles, pull buoy, fins and paddles (if you have                                 them), a towel and any dry land warm up equipment you would normally use
•        Run kit suitable for running outside in September 
•       Gym clothes including clean trainers
•        No foods is provided please bring lunch, snacks and drinks

Sunday     

•  Normal cycling kit suitable for riding outside in September. Especially including long  finger gloves and a waterproof coat.   We are riding to the accomodation on Sat  evening  so be prepared if you get wet for riding on Sunday morning
•  A working rear and front light
• A bike in good working order, and puncture repair kit including at least two tubes that fit your wheels/ have long enough valves for your rims.
• Meals will be provided from Saturday evening, but athletes can bring any specific   snacks they would like to have. 
•  A snack to have on the way home for recovery on the Sunday.
