We are delighted to be hosting Dundee’s very first Hyrox simulation event on Saturday 30th November at Functional Fitness Dundee! 

After becoming an official Hyrox partner gym earlier this year, we have listened to your requests to bring a Hyrox simulation event right to your doorstep in the centre of Dundee.

Spaces for our first simulation are limited to only 100 people and we expect this to sell out quickly so be sure to book early 

This is a great opportunity to try Hyrox for the first time, simulate a live event in the lead up to Hyrox Glasgow or just to come along and give it a go without the stress of an arena event

Why not try a full Hyrox, split it with a friend or take on the unique experience of a HALF HYROX - either as an individual or doubles (think half the run and exercise distance, half the weight - and with the option of splitting this two ways!). We are aiming to accommodate for every fitness level. 

The day will run from approximately 8am to 8pm.

The exact start times for each person will be emailed out on Wednesday 27th November. 

* Please note the sale of tickets end on 23rd November. 

This is a non competitive event and will not be timed by us. We encourage you to record your own times on your own device. However we will aim to have Hyrox helpers at each station keeping you right on proper form and encouragement. This event is strictly for adults 16+ years old however family and friends are encouraged to come along and support you on the day. We have a spacious viewing gallery.
