- Event Name: Deeping 10K and 3K Fun Run

- Start Location: Deepings Rugby Club, Spalding Road, Deeping St James, PE6 8NJ
- Start Times:
- 3K Fun Run: 9:30 am (registration closes at 9:15 am)
- 10K: 10:30 am (registration closes at 10:25 am)
- Participant Rules:
- 10K Run: Minimum age 15. Entry fee: £14.00 (Affiliated) / £16.00 (Unattached).
- 3K Fun Run: Entry fee: £5.00 for all participants.
- Children under 8 must be accompanied by a responsible adult during the run.
- Children aged 8+ can run solo, but their responsible adult must remain in the area at all times.
- Parental/guardian permission forms will be emailed ahead of race day to speed up registration.
- Highlights:
- 10K Course: Fast, flat route ideal for PBs and runners of all abilities.
- Perfect chip timing for both events, with printed race times available, including for the 3K.
- Scenic, well-marshalled courses.
- Medals for all finishers.
- Refreshments available at the Rugby Clubhouse.
- Prize ceremony at 12:00 noon.
- Both events sold out last year, so book early!
- Parking: Park at Deepings School Car Park, PE6 8NF, a 4-minute walk from the Rugby Club.
Deeping 10k Road Race
Deepings Rotary 10K Road Race – Sunday, 18th May 2025
- Start Time: 10:30 am
- Location: Starts and finishes at Deepings Rugby Club, PE6 8NJ
- Eligibility: Minimum age 15.
- Entry Fee:
- £14.00 for England Athletics affiliated members.
- £16.00 for unattached runners.
- Course Details:
- A fast, flat route perfect for achieving personal bests.
- Licensed by England Athletics and follows EA rules.
- Certificate of Course Accuracy 23/057
- Scenic course on open roads with full marshaling and medical support.
- Water station at The Goat Public House (5K point).
- Bottled water at the finish line.
- Perfect chip timing with printed race times available at the finish.
- Registration:
- Open Door Baptist Church Hall (next to Rugby Club entrance).
- Opens at 8:30 am and closes at 10:25 am.
- Collect bibs, chips, and safety pins; complete emergency contact details on the bib.
- Parking: Park at Deepings School Car Park, PE6 8NF (4-minute walk).
- Safety Rules:
- No earphones allowed (except bone-conducting ones).
- Follow marshal instructions and stay alert on open roads.
- Refreshments: Available throughout the event at the Rugby Clubhouse.
- Prizes and Medals:
- Commemorative memento for all finishers.
- Individual and team prizes awarded during the ceremony at 12:00 noon.

- £5.00 for all participants.
- Children under 8 must be accompanied by a responsible adult during the run.
- Children aged 8+ can run solo, but their responsible adult must remain in the area at all times.
- Course Details:
- A friendly, scenic course suitable for all ages and abilities.
- Fully marshalled with a mix of playing fields and open roads.
- Perfect chip timing with printed race times available at the finish.
- Registration:
- Open Door Baptist Church Hall (next to Rugby Club entrance).
- Opens at 8:30 am and closes at 9:15 am.
- Collect bibs, chips, and safety pins; complete emergency contact details on the bib.
