It's back!! Framlingham Duathlon 2025.

This year we are introducing Junior and Senior races. Both will have individual or team entries.

Junior race will be for Juniors under 12yrs.

Senior race will be over 12yrs for the first run leg and over 16yrs for bike leg and 2nd run. Individual entries are for over 16yrs. 

This festival event is based over the Galafest weekend and is for all abilities over the age of 12 years. All Senior competitors will receive a goody bag with t-shirt, medal and entry wristband for the Galafest Saturday Music day.  All Junior competitors will receive a medal. 

Start times: Junior race 9.00am

Senior race: 11.00am

Approx distances: Junior race

2km run - based on the sports field 

2km bike - based on the sports field

2km run - based on the sports field

Senior race:

2km run - based on the sports field - minimum age 12yrs (16yrs if Individual entry)

16km bike - based on open roads around the surrounding villages - minimum age 16yrs

5km run - based on open fields around the local footpaths - minimum age 16yrs

All  Senior entries will incur a small surcharge from Entry Central but it is the fastest way to get your name on the starting sheet. You can enter your team even if you don't know who your final names are as these can be confirmed by the closing date which is 21st May 25.

Junior entries will need to be emailed with name, age and contact details of a parent/guardian. Payment will be on the day £5.00 per entry

Trophies will be given on the day to various categories.

Clubhouse will be open for refreshments on the day.
