We are delighted to say that after the success of last years fun run we are doing it again.

This is a community event run by the St Clements Parent Council to continue raising funds to supply specialist play equipment for our school. The instalation works are programmed for July 2025 and to be completed early August. A huge thank you to everyone that has contributed.

It's all about fun and is open to all - fancy dress very much encouraged!  Prize for best costume.  Come into the bar for a cuppa and cake afterwards.

General

By entering the fun run you agree to abide by these conditions of entry and any instructions given to you by the organisers or officials of St Clements Family Fun Run. 

Course

The fun run is approximately 5 km in length and will be two laps of the route. The route starts in front of Ross County FC and heads along Jubilee Park Road turning left onto Ferry Road. We then continue down to ferry point and return along canal footpath turning left at caravan park and along to stadium. A second lap of route finishing with a lap of football pitch with finishing line inside stadium.  

Access

We would like to encourage participants to arrive by foot or on bikes where possible. If you do need to drive, parking will be available at Ross County FC car park . Please show consideration for local residents when parking. Toilets and refreshments will be avalible at the stadium. 

Entry

The race has an entry limit of 250. If places are still available, there will be the option to enter on the day.  The run is open to all,however, children aged 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult who is also required to have a valid entry.  All finishers will each receive a medal and a goodie bag. Trophies for first, second and third.  No dogs permitted unless assistance dogs. The course is wheelchair accessible. There will be a water station at the end.

Registration

The event is a fun run so will not be timed although there will be a clock at the finish line. Please arrive no later than 11.30am for race briefing and warm up - race starts at 12.00 promt.  Please report to registration where you will be issued with your race number, If anyone needs to register on the day, please arrive no later than 11.15am and head to the registration desk situated at Staggies Bar   Entry on the day may be possible; however, this is not guaranteed. 

Fundraising

The organisers request that entrants raise sponsorship with a minimum target of £30 , although the more that can be raised the better.

Use of images

By entering the fun run you give free use of your picture for promotional purposes. Please contact the organisers directly to discuss if this prevents inclusion in the race. 

Medical condition

It is the responsbility of all participants to ensure that they are medically fit to participate in the race.
