Pro Endurance Middle and Long Distance Tri Training days are a superb way to help get the best out of yourself preparing for your goal events.  They are aimed at all levels of ability and we are aiming to create a fun, inclusive, yet focussed day for you.

It is hard to find clean safe open water where there are changing facilities and an ability to swim measured distances.  On the roads with busy traffic and often poor road surfaces it is hard and often dangerous to get quality practice of the work you will need to do on race day.  Having accurate measured laps can really help you measure and improve pacing.  We are using Glasgow based quality facilities to allow easy access, keep you safe and aid the best delivery of sessions where you both learn about where you are at as an athlete, practice the key elements of your race, test race equipment and learn where to improve. Get accurate feedback in realtime allowing you to adapt during the session, this just isn't safe or possible in most training situations.

We have 3 training days scheduled - 3rd June, 8th July and 6th August.   You can chose to do just one of the sessions or all three if you wish depending on when  your event is, and what your specific needs are.  You should be able to do the training days up to 2-3 weeks before your main event but would not recommend doing closer than that.

The days involve 3.5-4.5 hours of training at specific race intensities so expect a good strong workout but not a maximal race effort.  Such sessions are best planned as key preparation sessions.

We have early bird pricing for all events.  After entry the training day is not transferable or refundable.
