Gurnal Dubs & Potter Tarm 'Wildswim & Walk'
Monday 23rd June. Meet 9.45am for a 10.00am start
(10.5km, Elevation 450m mainly trails, Moderate)
Meet: Wilfs Cafe, Middle of the Mill, Staveley Mill Yard, 14 Back Ln, Staveley, Kendal LA8 9LR. This is a pay and display, with toilets and cafe.

On this wildswim & walk we will be walking to the gorgeous Gurnal Dubs through some of the most picturesque scenery in the lakes. There will the option to dip in the Dubs and you'll be sharing the walk and dip with a small group of like-minded dippers.
Plan for the experience lasting 4-5 hours in total. The walk does have elevation and uneven ground.
You will need:-
- Dip kit
- Swim shoes crucial due to the rocky entry
- Warm drink / lunch
- Medication if relevant
- Walking boots
- Water proofs
- Rucksack ( shoulder bags not ideal)
Please note that the water temperature will be around 12 degrees so dress appropriately accordingly and note sturdy footwear with ankle support for the uneven trail paths.
