HUNDRED HOUSE 10k 2025

Formerly known as The Hill Billy, this race returns with a new name and at a new time of day and month.   It is a rewarding 10km run on lanes starting in the Hundred House village (LD1 5RY) near Builth Wells. 

THIS YEAR THERE WILL BE £100 PRIZES FOR EACH MAN OR WOMAN WHO SETS A NEW  COURSE RECORD !!   

The race will be WA/ UKA registered with chip timing so results will appear on Run Britain and Power of 10.

The Route

The start is set on the lane out of the village right next to the Hundred House pub and the route takes you along undulating lanes around the area with magnificent views across the stunning mid-Wales scenery.   After a long downhill stretch to the finish, you will receive a race medal and be able to enjoy some post race food and refreshments by the pub.  

Parking

There is plenty of free parking by the start/finish. Please follow signs and marshals' directions.

Entry Fees

In advance :

Early Bird Offer until end March - £14.00 (UKA affiliated),   £16.00 (non-affiliated)

Then:  £18.00 (affiliated), £20.00 non-affiliated).

On the day accepted at £22 (affiliated), £24 (non-affiliated) unless the 250 max. limit has been reached - please register early to avoid disappointment).

Advance entries will close at 7pm on Friday 27th June.

MINIMUM AGE: 15 years on day of race (under 18 requires parent/guardian consent)

Timings

8:30 - Registration to collect race numbers and on the day entries open

9:45 - Registration closes 

9:50 - Race briefing at the start

10:00 - Race starts

Prizes

THIS YEAR THERE WILL BE £100 PRIZES FOR EACH MAN OR WOMAN WHO SETS A NEW  COURSE RECORD.   Current records are 36:29 (male), 41:24 (female).

Category prizes:  First three men and women; first man and woman in age categories (excluding first three runners overall) V40, V45, V50, V55, V60, V65, V70, V75.
