Organiser's Description
Drop off: Friday 14 February between 1800-1815 at Kailzie Big Lodge
Pick up: Sunday 16 February between 1530-1545 at Kailzie Big Lodge
Kit:
· At least one, if not two sets of cycling kit suitable for riding outside in February - including long finger gloves and a waterproof coat.
· A working rear and front light.
· A road bike in good working order, and puncture repair kit including at least two tubes that fit your wheels/have long enough valves for your rims.
· Run kit suitable for running outside in February including off road shoes. The run will be taking in trails and uneven surfaces which could be muddy, normal road shoes might be ok, but would not be recommended.
· Swim kit. Including wetsuit and toys.
· Snacks for the weekend and on the way home for recovery.
