LADYBANK WOODS TRAIL RACE

SUNDAY 20th OCTOBER 2024 - Starts at 2:00pm

YOUTH CLUB, BEECHES, LADYBANK 

RACE ROUTE - This small friendly race limited to 50 runners will be held on a mix of woodland trails & grass paths at Annsmuir Woods, Ladybank. The race distance is approximately 4.2 miles. The flat out & back race route can get muddy in places during wet weather so trail shoes may be advisable. All abilities welcome!

MEDALS - All finishers will receive a MEDAL & a free GIFT

RACE HQ - Ladybank Youth Club, Beeches, Ladybank, Fife. Postcode for Sat-Nav is KY15 7LR

Number pick-up & toilets at the Youth Club from 1:00pm - Please come ready to run. 

PARKING - Ladybank Youth Club has a LIMITED AMOUNT OF SPACES. If you have to park in the surrounding streets PLEASE be considerate towards the residents.

TOILETS - Toilets are available within the Youth Club.

NO CHANGING FACILITIES - Please come ready to run.

NO BAGGAGE STORAGE - Entrants should leave any belongings in their own vehicles or make other arrangements. Any belongings left in the hall are left at your own risk.

DURING THE RACE - Please be respectful and considerate to all competitors, race officials, volunteers and members of the general public.

*** WATER *** The race organiser is unable to provide any water or drinks. Entrants must bring their own water/sports drinks.

RACE PRIZES - As this is only a small race the prize list will be restricted to the 1st, 2nd & 3rd overall Male & Female only. There will however be some spot prizes to be won.

LIMITED TO 50 RUNNERS - PRE-ENTRY ONLY - SORRY NO REFUNDS OR DEFERRALS. We will however allow number transfers up until 7 days before the date of the race. All transfers should be arranged between the two runners involved. If you are a registered user on Entry Central you can manage your own transfer. You will need to have added the new person to your User Account with Add Person. Then, you can Change Person on the sign-up. All transfers should be arranged between the two runners involved.   

Under NO circumstances whatsoever should you run with another person's bib number. 

ENTRY FEE: £11.00 for all (we don't charge extra for non-club runners)

By signing up to enter this race you are confirming that you have read the rules of competition and that you agree with them.

Our events are insured and permitted by the Governing Body Association of Running Clubs and are held Under ARC Rules.
