Organiser's Description
Our Santa Dash is now in it 5th year. This year we are raising funds for Diabetes UK. As well as the fun run we will also have a tombola, raffle and cake stall. On the day we won’t be able to accept card payments so please bring along cash with you.
The event is open to all. We don’t mind whether you run, walk or crawl, it’s all about taking part and having fun. Children under the age of eleven must be accompanied (within arm's reach) throughout the event by a parent, guardian or appropriate adult of the parent's choice.
| Registration |
Registration will open at 9.00am. All runners must be registered by 9.45am to allow the run to start at 10.00am. |
| Route |
We will be using the Troon parkrun route. A flat course starting at the Sunken Garden heading north along the South Beach Esplanade with a small loop before heading to the end turning to go south and then turning back again to finish near the Sunken Gardens. |
| Prizes |
There will be medals for all finishers together with water and a sweet treat |
| Fancy Dress |
Fancy dress is optional however we’d love to see lots of Santas, Mrs Claus, Elves etc heading along the prom. |
