North Staffs Cross Country League

NSCCL is a league with traditional cross country courses in North Staffordshire and South Cheshire.

The league consists of four races, with scoring based on the finishing position and both team and individual competitions.

Important: guest runners please leave the Club field blank. You can run as a guest if you don't belong to a Club but just want to participate in this great event! You will appear in the individual but not Club Team Results.

Save money if you sign up for all 4 in one go. Just choose 'Whole Series' in Round 1 during sign-up. A discount of £2.50 will be applied at check-out. Just ensure that you click on the Round 1 event in the league to enter.

Teams:
- Teams consist of:

- Scores from all 4 races count in all age groups
- For senior women and men, the leagues are divided into two divisions, with the bottom two teams in Division 1 relegated to Division 2 and the top two teams in Division 2 promoted.

Individuals:
- Scores from all 4 races count for seniors, and best 3 of 4 races for all age groups under 17
