About Mark
Mark has been pratising Yoga for 18 years and teaching for 14, full time since 2013. He has been a student of AG and Indra Mohan for 12 years spending time with them in India several times and also hosted them in the UK. He has completed multiple teacher trainings from deeper Yoga philosophy with the Mohans to anatomy and Physiology with Gary Carter and even learned a huge amount from the fun experience of an AcroYoga Teacher Training in Greece.
From this knowledge base he will share authentic and deep rooted practices way beyond what we learn in an hour class.
