Polar (Winter) Swims, 

Dock 9, Salford Quays / Boundary Water Park (Cheshire) 

Our fortnightly Polar (Winter) Swims offer swimmers / dippers expert water safety, hot changing areas, fire pit and complimentary hot drinks. They're guaranteed to get your pulses racing and our healthy, mood-boosting cold water dips (as low as 4c) are overseen by experienced swim staff so you're in safe hands!

At the swims you'll be required to use towfloats, wear a bright coloured swim cap and will also need to be a competent open water swimmer. Wetsuits are optional with skin swimmers welcome..

When / Where:

Saturdays 7, 21 December, 1, 15 Feb, 1, 15 Mar (Dock 9)*

Sundays 8, 22 December 2, 16 Feb, 2, 16 Mar (Boundary Water Park)*

*All swims run from 11-12pm

Cost**: Online - £10.00, Pay-On-Day: £15.00

**Complimentary hot drinks are provided (please bring own cup if possible) and tasty treats will be available for purchase at the venues.
