This is the ninth annual 5k run organised by Ron's Runners and once again incorporates the Ayrshire Harriers 5k Champtionship.

Race will begin at 19.00 at Irvine Harbourside, registration will be at the harbourside just past Gro coffee.  We hope to have the use of the beachpark toilets again this year.  Entrants will be required to collect their number between 18.00 and 18.40

There will be cash prizes for the winners of each category.  All finishers will receive a medal, bottle of water, biscuit and, as always, a surprise.
