A 4 mile run/walk/ride fun event raising money for the Wales Air Ambulance, a one way journey from Tywyn to Aberdyfi.

You can race, aim for a personal best, or admire the scenery. Groups and fancy dress welcome!

Course
The route is direct, following the beach for around 4 miles along the coast starting near The Victorian Slipway, Tywyn and finishing at the Slipway in Aberdyfi. You can go as fast or slow as you wish.

Registration (Tywyn)
Saturday 04th May, 10:30 to 11:40.

Start 12 noon.

The Finish (Aberdyfi)
Please note dog walkers cannot cross the main beach (the final 400m of the route).

There are many facilities for refreshments including The Britannia Inn for celebrations; prize giving later!

Prizes
All will receive a medal, and there will be several category prizes!

General
This event is for fun and to raise money for Wales Air Ambulance. Please take part with that goal in mind and enjoy your day. By entering the fun run you agree to abide by these conditions of entry and any instructions given to you by the organisers.

Train/Bus
There are trains to/from Aberdyfi to/from Tywyn, please check the trainline. The X29 bus also operates on the route.

Medical condition

It is the responsibility of all participants to ensure that they are medically fit to participate in
the event. There will be no official First Aid along the beach route itself.
