Take part in a FREE family 2K fun run/walk around Cherry Orchard Local Nature Reserve, a 5K race around the river (£6 - or £4 for UKA affiliated runners), or both. The event will be held on Sunday 18th August 2024.
All participants will receive a medal and goodies for taking part. The 2K will be free to enter to promote inclusivity and a small fee to enter the 5K to cover event costs.
The event will start/finish at the south end of Diglis Playing Fields. There is a playground, portable toilets and we have an ice cream van and breakfast/drinks van.
The 2K will be limited to 100 participants and the 5K to 100 participants.
There will be prizes for fancy dress and top 3 male/female finishers, plus age category prizes.
There will be marshals throughout both routes to ensure participants keep to the route and cheer on participants.
